Miltiple Device Profile issue with iphone 4 and new os

I have several iphones for clients that use the mobilink with no issues on the same setup....
however this one phone I have is not saving the multiple mobilinc profiles.
If I setup the two offices we have on 1st try it works, I can switch between the two aslo.
Once I REBOOT... it looses the devices settings one out of the two profiles.
The next odd thing is once I start flipping between the both, the profiles became somehow
at random renamed to the same name. If I resync the device profiles it pulls down the rooms
again but then if I reboot it loses all the settings again and only saves one.
I tired deleting the app, re installng it, added the profiles by hand, added the profiles by using remove
copy n recieve, .... im out of idess. Also the damaged profile when you first open it doesnt ask for a cache sync and just opens up a blank profile.
