Deleted Devices on ISY but still show on iPhone & iPad
Posted: Thu May 03, 2018 5:52 pmI thought that running a "sync" would eliminate the errant entries in the system. How do I eliminate the obsolete devices that are no longer required.

Running a Sync *should* remove the deleted items. Two options:
1. When running a Sync select "Download All" however, be aware that this will resest any custom settings in MobiLinc you may have setup for your devices like custom icons.
2. For each device you don't want to see in MobiLinc swipe the row to the left and select "Hide".
