Hi Mridixon,
What does the ISY Admin Console report as the status for these lights? Both the Admin Console and MobiLinc get status information from the same source.
Have these lights been added into the ISY? If so, do they report correct status in the ISY Admin Console? A somewhat common solution is to use the Admin Console to "Restore" the device. This will re-write the link records back to the lights and will hopefully fix status issues like what you are seeing.
