Fire tablet

I have a new Amazon Fire tablet (5th Generation), but when I attempt to purchase MobiLinc Pro, I get the message. "You don't have any devices." Is there a solution.

BTW, I'm also running MobiLinc HD.

We can issue you the MobiLinc Pro APK for Android fire if you've purchase MobiLinc Pro through Google Play in the last 90 days. Please send us your email receipt for MobiLinc Pro from Google Play to: support@mobilinc.com.

A few years later... I have Mobilinc connect on my android phone
I want to add it to my Fire Tablets, Google will refuse to recognize that they exist. How can I accomplish this?

I should have indicated I have Mobilinc Pro, not Connect.
