Error: too many Binding Help

help I get the error Too many Failed Bindings. when trying to register my new ISY. I know port forwarding is correct I can browse to my isy over the internet. Help Tommy

Please email our support: support@mobilinc.com with the email address you are trying to use and your ISY's UUID found via the Admin Console->Help->About page.

right now in my Cisco router I have port 443 and port 80 directed to my ISY. I can get to it from the internet off my home network. is this all I should need to get MobiLinc working? help I am trying to get this set up before I leave town tomorrow. Thanks Tommy
