Mobilinc Pro setup with Insteon Hub Error

I just purchased Mobilinc Pro and I'm getting an error trying to sync/connect to my Insteon Hub. When I hit the "Tap to Sync with Smartlinc", I get the error popup "SmartLinc Internal Error. The Number of scenes returned for Room: 1 is not equal to 16. A factory reset of SmartLinc may be required."

Has anyone seen this or have a way to correct this? Thanks!

Hi rrreavis,

MobiLinc is compatible with the ISY series controller and the old (now discontinued) SmartLinc. MobiLinc will not work with the HUB product from INSTEON.
