Stuck at "Select Isy" while adding Alexa Skill

After Alexa succesfully logged on to my Mobilinc account, the page is stuck at "Select ISY" webpage, with the Mobilinc logo at the top.
How do I troubleshoot this?

I will. But a quick question: is Alexa integration offered during the 14-day free trial? I’m still on trial.
