Hi. I'm using MobiLinc HD on iOS. When prompted, I renewed my annual subscription service inside the app a week before it expired. As of Monday the app now says my subscription has expired and I received an email with the same message. The service has stopped working. Using the restore button under subscription options creates a long delay eventually with an error message 'Could not reach MobiLinc Connect registration servers. Please try again later.' I've emailed
support@mobilinc.com for 2 days but no response. I don't know another way to contact anybody for help. I even tried subscribing again. Now I've been charged twice but still no difference. Any ideas what might be going on? Thanks!
