When I select a scene and I get the popup for "On," "Off," or "Cancel," the popup slides down and then reappears. It keeps reappearing until I select "Cancel." When you make any selection, the popup should go away after the selection is made and not reappear. Am I the only one seeing this?

This is actually a feature you can enable or disable. Some of the users wanted the pop-up to stay up when they were dimming or brighting a device or scene. If you'd like to disable the Favorite pop-up you can find the setting in My Settings. Check the setting called "Auto Close Favorite Sheet"
