Changed internet serv to pppoe fixed IP now can't connect

I changed to a fixed IP address with my internet provider (PPPoe). Now I can no longer get mobilinc Pro to sync with my ISY 99i. I changed the "secure https:" address to my new fixed IP, it sees the ISY but I get error code 401 "authentication needed".

Any help would be great.....

Hi Dave,

Check that your username and password are entered in correctly in MobiLinc for your ISY. A 401 error code indicated that the username or password is incorrect. Sometime an accidental space character can make it's way into the password or username field which would cause a mismatch.
