hello....new user...have over 30 insteon devices...recently just downloaded Mobilinc lite to test if its works with my devices....everything smooth when in range of my WiFi...when tried to connect away from home ....cannot get any connection it all..... ...any ideas? Thanks

In order to access your ISY from outside of your network with our Lite version you'll need to port forward through your router to your ISY. We have a high-level guide on how to do this here: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=123

Look under the Manual Port Forward section.

For paid Pro/HD users, we have a cloud service called MobiLinc Connect where your ISY and MobiLinc Pro/HD make a connection in our cloud servers to exchange data in real-time. This allows you to have access to your ISY anywhere with internet access from MobiLinc all without any network configuration changes. MobiLinc Connect is currently free for the first year.
